3. Online Classes and Workshops Waiver
Participation in any movement-based practice (e.g., yoga, breathwork, meditation, or other wellness activities) offered through The Shala Project, either in-person or online, is voluntary.
 By registering or participating, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are in good health and have consulted with a physician before engaging in physical activity. 
- You assume all risks associated with participation, including potential injury or discomfort. 
- You release The Shala Project, its instructors, and affiliates from any and all liability related to injury, loss, or damages arising from your participation. 
- You understand that online sessions are for educational and informational purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice. 
4. Donations and Payments
All donations and payments made to The Shala Project are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Tax-deductible receipts will be provided for qualifying contributions.

6. Limitation of Liability
The Shala Project and its affiliates are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our website, services, or programs.
